Social Media Manager is responsible for managing the complete social media presence of our clients

Job description

  • Research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement a social media strategy to align with the business goals of our clients
  • Set specific objectives for the Social Media Marketing (SMM) activities
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, PPC, design tools, and applications

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Analytical and multitasking skills

Experience Qualifications

  • Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
  • More than five years of experience in managing social media campaigns
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
