Highering Talent is seeking a highly skilled Senior GenAI Engineer to join our client’s team and propel the growth in the field of Generative AI. In this exciting role, you’ll leverage your deep expertise in Python and cutting-edge AI frameworks to design, develop, and deploy innovative GenAI solutions that will have a real-world impact.

The Opportunity:

As a Senior GenAI Engineer, you’ll be a key player in shaping the future of our client’s GenAI initiatives. You’ll work on a variety of challenging and rewarding projects, collaborating with talented engineers, data scientists, and researchers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • GenAI Solution Design & Development: Design and develop innovative GenAI solutions utilizing frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Langchain.

  • Data Pipelines & Management: Build and manage robust data pipelines using pySpark to ensure efficient data flow for GenAI models.

  • Fine-Tuning & Optimization: Fine-tune pre-trained models and optimize performance for specific tasks using techniques like Reinforcement Learning Adversarial Grid (RAG).

  • Chatbot & AI Solution Development: Contribute to the development and integration of AI-powered chatbots and other intelligent solutions.

  • Deployment & Monitoring: Deploy GenAI models into production environments and monitor their performance for continuous improvement.

  • Atlassian GitOps Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of Atlassian GitOps methodologies to streamline collaboration and ensure version control in AI development.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 10+ years of experience in Python programming.

  • 5+ years of experience in building and deploying Generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs).

  • Proven experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Langchain.

  • Expertise in data engineering using pySpark to handle large-scale datasets.

  • Experience working with vector databases and AI chatbot solutions.

  • A strong understanding of Reinforcement Learning Adversarial Grid (RAG) techniques.

  • Familiarity with Atlassian GitOps methodologies for version control and collaboration in AI development.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of Generative AI.
